Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Metro Leads Daily, including our website, emails, dashboard and data feed. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to them.

Plans and billing

• Pricing. $29 a month for one trade or category, or $49 a month for all categories, per city. Prices shown at checkout apply.
• Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required. Your card is charged on day 14 unless you cancel from Billing before then.
• Auto-renewal. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month and your card is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from Billing in your account. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. If you cancel after a charge, your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for partial months. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 7 days of it at hello@metroleadsdaily.com and we'll make it right.

The data

Our leads come from public government records, such as building permits and business licenses published on city open-data portals. We clean, sort and score these records, but they're provided as is. Cities can publish late, incomplete or incorrect records, and we don't guarantee that any record is accurate, complete or current. Nothing we provide is legal, financial or professional advice.

Acceptable use

• Your subscription is for use by you and your business. Don't resell, redistribute, publish or share the feed, issues, exports or dashboard data with others.
• Don't scrape, bulk download or use automated tools to copy the site or feed beyond the exports we provide.
• When you contact leads, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including CAN-SPAM for email and the TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules for calls and texts.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Metro Leads Daily isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll give you notice by email or in your account before it takes effect, and we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
