This policy explains what Metro Leads Daily collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your issues and sign you in.
- Your plan and preferences, such as your city, trades, neighborhoods and delivery settings.
- Sign-in codes and links, which are single-use and expire quickly.
- Click events on our site and in our emails, so we can see which features are useful.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Issues and account emails are delivered through Resend, which processes your email address only to deliver our messages.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We don't load it on sign-in links, account settings links or admin pages. You can read Google's privacy policy, see how Google uses data from sites that use its services, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Permit and license data
The permits and business licenses in our issues come from public city open-data portals. See our methodology for sources.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal data, and we don't share it except with the service providers above, as needed to run Metro Leads Daily, or when required by law.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To access or delete your data, email hello@metroleadsdaily.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
